Emergency Shelter & Meals
The Mission helps to meet the basic needs of the homeless with food and a clean, safe place to sleep. This protection from the elements and from the hazards of street life is essential to clients' health and state of mind, especially for women with small children. It also gives them the emotional leverage to begin addressing their problems. Last year the Mission provided more than 80,000 nights of shelter and more than 1,007,000 meals.
