Experience in Development/Fundraising essentials
Oversees foundations, direct mail, website development and publications
Software proficiency, strong communications and public relations skills |

Mature person with excellent people and communications skills
The job entails face-to-face meeting with major donors
Must have the ability to generate a minimum yearly goal of $2M in irrevocable estate planning gifts
Familiarity with major estate planning tools
Education or equivalent work experience required |
