Volunteer Opportunities

Hello Friends,

All year long, we have many opportunities to care and serve the homeless and those in-need. Here is a short-but-broad  list of opportunities to peak your interest. Please be sure to complete your volunteer application to get you one step closer to changing lives for a brighter tomorrow.

• Junior Chapel Leader and Team
  Prepare Bible story, prayer, crafts, games and praise singing for our homeless children.
• Administrative Assistant
  Help the Rescue Mission’s executive team.
• Tutors, Adult and/or Youth
  Teach English and/ or Math to youth and the same plus GED subjects to men and women.
• Arts Coordinator
  Teach arts and crafts to inner city children.
• Computer Instructor
  Teach our homeless guests how to use a computer.
• Culinary Arts Instructor
  Add some spice to the culinary classes in the kitchen.
• Procurement Assistant
  Help reduce Mission expenses by securing donated goods.
• Truck Driver’s Assistant
  Help our truck drivers pick up donations.
• Owner Operator Pick Up Driver
  Help deliver and pick up food barrel donations
